1 cup wheat flour 1/3 cup gram flour 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves (chopped) 1/2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste 1/4 cup curd 1/2 tsp cumin seeds-oregano-sesame (all three broken down) 1 tbsp oil Salt to taste Water as per requirement Ghee
Method
* Mix all the ingredients (except ghee) and knead the dough.
* Roll out the dough to make small circular rotis
* Add ghee to the pan and bake the rotis until it turns bit crisp.
