Recipe- Make Your Mornings Healthy With Methi Missi Roti

Its a good habit to start your day healthy and what can be better than starting it with a healthy breakfast. Try this nutritious methi missi roti for a healthy morning breakfast! It tastes so good that your kids would want to take it school in their lunch box.

Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup gram flour
1/2 cup fenugreek leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp cumin seeds-oregano-sesame (all three broken down)
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Water as per requirement
Ghee

Method

* Mix all the ingredients (except ghee) and knead the dough.

* Roll out the dough to make small circular rotis

* Add ghee to the pan and bake the rotis until it turns bit crisp.

* Severe with curd or pickle.
