You can prepare it spicier or bland according to your spice-tolerance and still maintain the delectable flavour of smokey chicken and greens!
Imgredients:250 grams boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
1 cup green coriander
8-10 mint leaves
3-4 garlic pods
3 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp refined flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method* Grind green coriander, mint leaves, garlic and salt together until it they become fine paste.
* Marinate chicken with this paste, and keep it for one hour.
* Add cream, flour and 1 tbsp oil to the chicken, and mix well.
* Take the chicken pieces on a stove grill.
* Apply oil and grill on the stove until golden.
