Paneer is traditional Indian Mithai sweet dish prepared from cottage cheese. This is a very easy and simple recipe. You don’t have to cook this like other burfies.
Ingredients250 gm Paneer
40 gm Milk powder
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 tbsp sliced Dry fruits (Almonds, Pistachios)
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Method* Grate the paneer.
* You can use 2 sachets of milk powder that you get at Rs. 10 per sachet in the market.
* Take the grated paneer into a dish and knead it really good.
* Knead well to make it soft and smooth for about 7-8 minutes.
* Add milk powder and powdered sugar.
* Mix well to make dough of it.
* You can add more sugar if you want.
* Add cardamom powder and mix well.
* If you think the mixture has become too thin then you can add some milk powder in it.
* Transfer the burfi dough into a dish and spread it well.
* Garnish it with sliced dry nuts.
* Transfer the mixture into freeze for about an hour to set.
* Take out of the freeze and cut it into pieces with the help of knife.
