Recipe- Perfect for Dessert No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Energy Balls

No bake energy balls are delicious bite sized treats filled with oatmeal, shredded coconut, almond butter, flaxseeds, and chocolate chips. It takes just 15 minutes to process, roll, and enjoy! Ingredients


1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup almond butter
½ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Method


* Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir together.

* Scoop the dough with cookie scoop (it helps to keep them about the same size) and roll them into balls. If the dough feels to dry, you can add more honey. If it's too sticky, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

* Place the balls on a plate and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up, then enjoy!
