Ingredients150 ml heavy cream
3 tablespoons condensed milk
12-15 ripe strawberries
Method* Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Put 8 strawberries in a grinder and grind them into a smooth paste. Keep aside.
* Take the remaining strawberries and finely chop them. Keep aside.
* Pour the heavy cream in a large bowl and place this bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. If you are going to use a hand whisk, place it in the freezer as well with the cream.
