Ingredients

shredded cabbage
1 green capsicum
1 finely chopped green onion
one carrot chopped
2-3 button mushrooms (optional)
2 tsp oil
2 green chilies
half piece ginger
2-3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons red chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
tbsp Vinegar
pinch black pepper
1 cup fried noodles
Tbsp corn flour
salt to taste
4 cups water

Method

* First of all wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely.

* Heat oil in a pan and increase the flame of the gas and cook it by adding finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies.

* Now put all the vegetables in the pan and mix well and cook for three to four minutes.

* Now add red chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar on top and mix it well.

* Add about two cups of water over it, mix and boil.

*Now prepare a solution by adding two to three spoons of corn flour (depending on how thick you want to keep it) in water. Make sure there are no lumps in it. Pour this mixture into the soup pan and mix while stirring continuously.

* Then add salt and pepper powder and keep mixing the mixture. Chop green garlic and green coriander, keep aside for garnishing a little and add to the rest of the soup and mix well.

* Meanwhile, cook the noodles and remove them from the water and let them cool.

* After this heat the oil and fry the noodles till they become crispy. If you want, you can boil the noodles directly in the soup itself, but crisping them separately enhances its taste.

* If you want to make this recipe traditionally, then use ajino moto only otherwise don’t. On the other hand, for better taste, use veg stock instead of water.
