Malai Ladoo is a super soft and delicious, melt in mouth kind ladoo made with fresh crumbled paneer and cream. Malai Ladoo is a milk-based easy sweet dish that can e enjoyed whenever you have craving for sweet dishes.
Ingredients
250 gm chenna
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
few saffron strands
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
Method
* In a heavy bottom, pan add chenna and cream, stir and cook on low heat until it starts thickening.
* Add in powdered sugar, half of the chopped pistachios, cardamom powder, and saffron strands.
* Continue cooking on low until the mixture is thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
* Slightly cool the mixture until it is comfortable to touch. Make small round balls from the mixture.
* Top with some chopped pistachios. Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
