Ingredients
2 cup Broccoli Floret
½ cup Chopped Onion
½ cup Peeled and Cubed Potatoes
5-6 Cashew Nuts
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1-2 Green Chili Finely Chopped
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Oil
Salt as per taste
½ Lemon Juice
Method* Wash and drain the broccoli floret and keep aside.
* Heat the oil in a deep pan, add garlic cloves, cashew nuts and sauté for a minute.
* Add onion and sauté till light brown color on medium flame.
* Add broccoli florets, green chili, black pepper, potatoes cube and mix well.
* Cover the lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
* Open the lid, add 1 cup water, mix well and cook till all veggies become tender and soft.
* Switch of the flame, let it them cool, and blend in a blender till smooth.
* Remove from the blender, add lemon juice, mix well and serve.
