Cherry smoothie bowl is made from seasonal dark cherries and it’s topped with whole cherries, coconut flakes, almond slices and raw cacao nibs for an indulgent, sweet and crunchy breakfast.Oh, yes – a cherry smoothie bowl! As you know from my other recent smoothie bowls (linked below) they’re one of my new favorite things. Not only are they scrumptious, they’ve really become a creative outlet. I mean, look at how much fun you can have designing the top. It’s a smoothie bowl piece of art!
Ingredients
1.5 cups frozen cherries, pitted 1 banana 1/2 cup coconut water
Optional Topping
whole cherries coconut flakes sliced almonds raw cacao nibs
Method
* Add the frozen cherries, banana and coconut water into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
* Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and add the toppings.
