To help you keep your promise, here’s an easy, guilt-free way to make a delicious variety of noodles at home. Who said making healthy food can be time consuming and tasteless? Here is a solution, try the Honey Chilli Noodles. This recipe is delicious and easy to make. You can make it for any occasion whether it’s a party or a last minute dinner plan.
Ingredients:400 g noodles
1 cup finely chopped mix vegetables (cabbage, carrot and French beans)
1 tbsp chopped finely chopped garlic
2 dry red chilies (broken into two pieces)
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp chilli sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder1 tbsp honey
4 tbsp oil
Method:* Add noodles and water in a pan and boil until it becomes soft.
* Filter out all the water.
* Keep the boiled noodles under cold water for one minute, Filter out all the water.
* Heat oil in another pan, add the vegetables, garlic and red chili and fry for 3 minutes.
* Add the noodles and all remaining ingredients and fry for 3-5 minutes.
* Serve hot.
