It consists of koftas made from a mixture of paneer and potatoes, which are cooked with onion-tomato and cashew gravy. For Kofta1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
1 cup of grated cheese
2 tsp corn flour
finely chopped coriander
ginger chopped
1 green chili chopped
oil for frying

For Vegetable Gravy1 cup onion chopped
2 cups tomato chopped
1 green chili chopped
Garlic chopped
Ginger grated
a bay leaf
a cinnamon stick
3 cloves
a large cardamom
3 green cardamoms
Fenugreek seeds
7-8 cashew nuts
1 tsp shahi jeera
1/3 teaspoon turmeric
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
tsp cumin powder
a spoonful of sugar
a quarter cup fresh cream
Salt

Method* First of all boil the potatoes to make kofta. Once cool, remove the peels.
* Now mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and add grated paneer to it.
* In this mixture add chopped coriander, ginger, green chili, corn flour, die fruits, salt and mix it well.
* Now put the pan on the gas and heat it by adding oil to fry the koftas.
* Now take a little mixture and give the shape of koftas and then fry these prepared koftas in hot oil.
* When this coffee is roasted to brown color, then take it out on a tissue paper. Now the koftas are ready.
* Now prepare the gravy for making the vegetable. For this, first you can put a little oil in a pan or if you want, you can put butter.
* When the oil is hot, add cinnamon stick, cloves, big cardamom, green cardamom, shahi cumin and splutter a little.
* Now add chopped onion, tomato, garlic and ginger and stir it once again.
* Now add turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and stir it.
* Now add two and a half cups of water to it and cook with the lid on till the onions, tomatoes and cashews become soft.
* After that you turn off the gas and let it cool down. When it cools down, blend it well in a blender.
* Now again add a little butter or oil in the pan and crackle the bay leaves and add the blended paste to it and stir it well.
* Now add kasoori fenugreek and sugar and cook for five minutes. Lastly, add cream and stir and turn off the gas.
* While serving, first put koftas in the bout and then pour gravy on top. After this garnish with cream and green coriander leaves.
