Ingredients


2 cups broccoli florets, blanched and finely chopped
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (capsicum)
2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to spice preference)
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons corn flour
Oil for shallow frying
Tamarind chutney, mint chutney, and yogurt (for serving)
Chopped coriander leaves, sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles), and pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

Method

- In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped broccoli, mashed potatoes, onions, bell peppers, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
