Ingredients 500 grams arbi (taro root), peeled and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon amchur (dried mango powder)
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt to taste

Method- Boil the arbi cubes in salted water until they are fork-tender. Drain the water and set aside.
