1/4 cup of ghee (clarified butter)
A pinch of cardamom powder
A few strands of saffron
Chopped nuts (such as almonds and pistachios) for garnishing
Method - Take the paneer and crumble it finely using your hands or a grater. Ensure that there are no lumps in the paneer.
- Place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add ghee to it. Allow the ghee to melt.

- Sprinkle cardamom powder and add a few strands of saffron to the mixture. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
- Keep stirring the mixture on medium heat until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. This process may take around 20-25 minutes.
