Method

- In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee over medium-low heat. Add the grated khoya to the pan and stir continuously to prevent sticking. Cook until the khoya turns golden brown and releases a rich aroma. Remove from heat and set aside.

- In the same pan, add the remaining ghee and chopped mixed nuts. Sauté the nuts until they become golden and crunchy. Reserve a handful of nuts for garnish and mix the rest into the sautéed khoya.
