Recipe - Know How to Make Yummy and Healthy 'Peanut Chaat'

Peanut Chaat is a combination of peanuts, tomatoes, cucumbers and spices. It is a delicious and satisfying snack-not to mention healthy and low-fat! It is easy to make. It can be served as an appetizer or anytime spicy snack.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
2 cup water

Other Ingredients


¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp green chutney
½ onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
2 tbsp sweet corn, boiled
1 tsp raw mango, grated
2 tbsp pomegranate
½ potato / aloo, boiled & cubed
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt

Instructions

- Take the boiled peanuts into large bowl.

- Add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp chaat masala and 1 tsp green chutney.

- Mix well making sure the spices are well combined.

- Further add ½ onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1 tsp raw mango, 2 tbsp pomegranate, ½ potato.also add 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp lemon juice and ¼ tsp salt.

- Mix well making sure everything is well combined. finally, enjoy peanut chaat as an evening snack.
