Ingredients 200g paneer (Indian cottage cheese), crumbled
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Butter or ghee for toasting

Method- Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle.
