2 tablespoons of finely chopped onions
2-3 finely chopped green chilies (adjust according to spice preference)
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method

- In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled sweet corn kernels, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, bread crumbs, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

- Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball by rolling it between your palms. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used.

- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the corn balls into the hot oil. Fry them in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. Fry until the corn balls turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.

- Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried corn balls from the oil and place them on a kitchen towel or paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

- Serve the cheese corn balls hot with ketchup, mayonnaise, or any dip of your choice.

- Enjoy the cheesy and irresistible flavor of these cheese corn balls as a perfect monsoon snack!
