Ingredients 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped

1/4 cup peanuts
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
Curry leaves (a few)
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method- Rinse the poha in water a couple of times to remove any impurities. Drain the water and set it aside for a few minutes to let the poha absorb the moisture.
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.

- Add the chopped onion, green chili, curry leaves, and asafoetida. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
