Ingredients 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
1 small onion, chopped
1 green chili, chopped
1/2 inch ginger, chopped
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

Method- Wash the mint leaves thoroughly and discard the stems. Place the mint leaves in a blender or food processor.
- Add the chopped onion, green chili, and ginger to the blender.
- Add the roasted cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice to the blender.
- Blend the ingredients until they are well combined. Add a little water if needed to help the blending process.
