Ingredients

4 large potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 cup thick yogurt (hung curd)
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons Tandoori masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Chaat masala for sprinkling
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Method

- Cut the boiled potatoes into bite-sized cubes and set them aside.
