A pinch of Salt

How to Make Sooji Ladoo

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the ghee on medium flame. Once melted, add the semolina. Roast the semolina while stirring continuously until it turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma. This step is crucial as it enhances the flavor of the ladoos. Be careful not to burn the semolina; it should take about 5-7 minutes.
