As the weather gets warmer and we crave to drink something cold to refresh ourselves, I try to make smoothies for my family. With all the different smoothie we enjoy at home, one of my children’s favorite is the Mango Coconut Smoothie. It’s a perfect drink to add extra nutrition into our diet and cool down at the same time.
Ingredients1 banana
1 cup frozen mango (or fresh mango with 5 ice cubes)
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1¼ cup Silk’s Unsweetened Coconutmilk
Method* Gather all the ingredients.
* Put banana, frozen mango (or fresh mango + ice cubes), Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and coconutmilk in an electric blender/mixer.
* Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
