Most of the time, I’m the one that’s intimidating men, but on the rare occasion, it’s the other way around. And when that happens, I freeze up. When a man is intimidating, there’s not a good way for me to maneuver around. I become nervous, I can’t think of anything to say I literally become an entirely different person.
So, if you’re a guy who’s wondering why they can’t snag a meaningful relationship, maybe it’s not the women you have to worry about. Maybe it’s actually because you’re simply intimidating.
Do you mean to be intimidating? Maybe, maybe not. But the point is, it’s preventing you from meeting a woman. So, now, it’s about looking at yourself so you can see the signs a woman is intimidated by you.
# You look unapproachable
Maybe you’re a big guy or maybe you’re always sitting with a frown on your face and your arms crossed. That doesn’t look very approachable, does it? Probably not.
Sometimes you don’t notice how unapproachable you actually look, and this is hurting your relationships with women. Uncross your arms, slap a smile on your face, and relax.
# She tells youWomen sometimes will jokingly tell you that they find you intimidating, but that’s no joke. She finds you intimidating. Period. You can’t actually get a larger sign than receiving actual confirmation that you’re an intimidating person. Now, it’s your job to ask her why.
# She avoids eye contact with youIf a woman can’t look at you in the eyes, there’s a reason why. People only avoid eye contact when they’re nervous and uncomfortable. If she’s avoiding eye contact with you, it’s because you scare the shit out of her. Why is she hanging around you? Well, that’s a whole other question.
# You visibly look bored with flat conversationWhen you look highly disinterested in the conversation that’s happening between you and a woman, you look intimidating. I mean, imagine if the person you’re talking to is literally yawning?
Obviously, you’d think it’s because of you. So, if you’re looking like you’d rather be shoveling shit than speaking to this person… you’re intimidating.
# She tends to misunderstand youShe doesn’t understand who you are or what you’re about. Okay, maybe she does, but she doesn’t want to accept it. Your honesty is perceived as some sort of game. But in reality, you’re being yourself.
Women who are intimidated by you try to view you differently in order to accept you. But they’re really not accepting you, they just don’t know how to handle you.
# You have no problem saying noIt’s actually one of the easiest words you can say. No. Do you want to go out tonight? No. Do you want to go to this party? No. When you’re comfortable with saying no, this can be highly intimidating for women. You don’t bend with what you really want to do, you simply just give that person an honest answer.
# You’re pickyYou don’t need to date a lot of women, nor do you need to be surrounded by a million friends. You’re picky about who you spend your time with, and you’re not willing to spend your time with people you don’t value.
Being picky can be intimidating for people because it shows your self-worth. It may sound weird that people would be intimidated by that, but many people are insecure with themselves.
# You don’t need attention from othersWomen are used to receiving a lot of attention, and usually, those that were in dramatic relationships gave a lot of attention to their partners. You’re not into attention seeking, in fact, it repulses you. Why? Because you’re secure with who you are. So, my not seeking attention, it shows that you’re confident with yourself.
# You don’t believe in excusesIf someone has an excuse for not calling you last night, you don’t care. You don’t take any excuse from them unless it’s something serious.
Excuses are formed because people don’t want to take responsibility for their actions. You probably have no problem calling someone out for their lame excuse and that can be intimidating.
