Integrity and efficiency are the two pillars of a work-person’s personality. Efficiency in one’s work is what is always sought after but integrity is the most sought afterbecause efficiency cannot save a person from a bad name or untoward consequences, if he is trapped in a tentacles of corruption.
Integrity is a wide term and includes all honest dealings, hard-work, obedience, respecting seniors and a flawless attitude towards work with which one is entrusted. Mere integrity cannot help if you don’t have the capability to work at your place. Your efficiency gives the results of your job a grace along with speed which is an admirable attitude.

Integrity in job is the resort of every man , big and small, boss and the subordinate because all work demands cleanliness and efficiency together. Greatness in work cannot be achieved without integrity to one’s work . You may think of making some instant high gains by resorting to some unfair practices but you will have to cut a sorry figure soon as your image before your competitors and subordinates workers are tarnished for all times and the loss will be irreparable. How great is it to keep your head high and win the confidence and respect of all around you ? This is achieved only with honest dealings and showing all respect to all workers, customers and clients.

Blessed is the person who has found his work suited to his capacities and knowledge. Your academic and technological education gives you the ability to do things efficiently and in a productive way but it is your integrity to the job that gives you aplace in society and in the corporate field.

As such, in order to have a better personality it is essential to develop the habit of integrity in job which is the only means that can make your efficiency secure for all times to come.
