West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said on Saturday that the Prime Minister had said that the coronavirus induced lockdown has been extended till April 30.
We too will abide by it, she said at a press conference.
Speaking about the virus outbreak in the state, Banerjee said that six more cases have been recorded, while adding that there was no need to panic.
It has gone up by 6 and it stands at 95. Some people have been released too -- those numbers are yet to come out. 70 of these cases are transmitted within families, Mamata said.
