Meesho Mega Blockbuster Sale Records 6.5 Crore Customers Flock To Platform

Meesho, a leading e-commerce marketplace in India, has reported an impressive kickoff to its annual Meesho Mega Blockbuster Sale, with Day 1 orders doubling compared to the previous year. The platform saw a remarkable increase in customer engagement, surpassing daily orders by more than threefold.

In the lead-up to the sale, Meesho achieved over 1.5 crore app downloads, making it the most downloaded app on the Google Play Store. On the first day of the sale, nearly 6.5 crore customers visited the site, exploring various categories including Fashion, Beauty and Personal Care, Home and Kitchen, and Electronic Accessories.

Meesho Mall, the curated selection of branded products, experienced significant growth, with orders increasing by 2.5 times year-on-year. Impressively, 45% of these orders came from new customers shopping at Meesho Mall.

Brand Performance Highlights:

Mamaearth: Orders surged fivefold.
Denver: Orders increased eightfold.
Swiss Beauty: Orders rose by 7.5 times.
Bella Vita: Orders skyrocketed by 17.5 times.
Mars: Orders quadrupled.
