Ingredients
6 Tablespoons granulated sugar
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cherry extract
5 drops lime essential oil
2 drops Vitamin E oil
Optional: 1 drop green food coloring
Method
- In a small mixing bowl, add the sugar and olive oil. Stir well until blended.
- Add the cherry flavoring, lime essential oil and Vitamin E drops. Mix well.
- The cherry flavoring gives the lip scrub a light pink color.
- If you prefer a green tint, add one drop of green food coloring and mix well. This is optional.
- Transfer to an airtight container(s) and store up to 3 months.
- Wet lips with warm water and apply the cherry limeade lip scrub generously.
- Gently massage in a circular motion to allow the sugar granules to exfoliate any dry or dead skin and the olive oil to moisturize.
- Rinse with warm water and pat dry with wash cloth.
-Apply your favorite lip balm or moisturizer.
# Easy Strawberry Lip Scrub

Ingredients
6 tbsp / 75 g / 2.6 oz sugar
3 tbsp / 20 gr / 0.7 oz strawberry powder
3 tbsp / 40 g / 1.4 oz coconut oil
2 tbsp / 25 g / 0.9 oz jojoba oil
5 drops vitamin E oil (tocopherol)
1 drop strawberry flavour oil
Method
- If using whole freeze-dried fruits, put the strawberries into the food processor and pulse until the fruits are powdered.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the sugar and the strawberry powder.
- Place the coconut oil and jojoba oil into a microwave-safe container and melt in the microwave set on a low setting.
- Once the coconut oil has fully melted, stir in the vitamin E oil.
- Now combine the sugar-strawberry mix and oils and mix until well incorporated.
- Using a spoon, fill each lip balm pot. Attach a printable lip scrub label to the lid and seal.

Method
- Combine sugar, cinnamon, coconut oil, and Vitamin E oil in a small glass bowl until well combined.
- Transfer to a small jar with a lid and store in a cool dry location.

Method
- First step is to purée enough fresh pineapple to yield 2 tablespoons worth. Set it aside for now and grab another small mixing bowl.
- Add the sugar and coconut oil, stir well. Add in the pineapple purée or pineapple flavoring and 2 drops of Vitamin E oil and stir until well incorporated.
- Store in an airtight container and keep in a refrigerator for up to 7 days if you used fresh pineapple purée.
- If you used the pineapple extract/flavoring instead of the purée it will keep for up to 3 month.
# DIY Whipped Sugar Lip Scrub

Ingredients
¼ cup coconut oil - solid, not melted
¾ cup granulated sugar
1-2 drops pink food coloring - optional
2-3 drops essential oil
Method
- Place the solid coconut oil into a large mixing bowl or your stand mixer. Turn on your stand mixer or use an electric hand mixer to whip the coconut oil for 30 seconds.
- Put the bowl with the whipped coconut oil into the freezer for a maximum of 3 minutes. Remove the bowl and whip again for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the sugar to the mixing bowl and whip with the coconut oil for another minute.
- If you are using food coloring and/or essential oils, add them now and whip until combined.
- Once you’re happy with the consistency, transfer to containers for storage.
