A double chin is a thick layer of fat that hangs underneath the chin and can vary in size in regards to various reasons: obesity, tissue flaccidity, age, etc.. Having a double chin is a problem that affects many women, some of which aren’t even overweight but want to get rid of the fat that accumulates in the lower part of the jaw for aesthetic reasons.
1. Seated or standing, look upwards, lift your chin, and when you are at your limit, purse your lips and hold this position for a few seconds. You will see how it stretches your entire neck.

4. Flaccidity is an essential issue to fight to get firm skin under your chin. The exercises will help tone this area, but you should also not forget to always moisturize your neck with the same moisturizing cream you use on your face.
5. You should avoid another cause of your double chin which is the damage from continuous and abusive exposure to the sun’s rays. Too much exposure, during highest radiation and for a few hours, cause collagen and elastin destruction, which boosts skin aging and loss in firmness. Always avoid the midday hours, use a protective cream, and continuously refresh yourself with cold water. You can show off a perfect tan but it will be healthier.
