# Clears Stubborn Acne
There is always a solution to this unexpected bother. An effective home remedy is tea tree oil to cure acne and spots. Like any drugstore acne removal creams, 5% of tea tree oil is enough to bring relief. Add a few drops of tea tree oil in 20-40 drops of witch hazel and apply it on your face with a cotton swab 1-2 times a day. Don’t overuse this mixture as it can dry out your skin very fast causing your body to generate more oils to make up for it. This will lead to more acne thus defeating the purpose. Stick to the shade after you apply tea tree oils on your face or the sun’s UV rays might burn your skin slightly.
# Natural Makeup Remover
Rather than spending money on expensive makeup removers and chemically created cleaners, why don’t you make your own? Cheap and natural, use tea tree oil to clear out your day’s makeup in a jiffy. For normal and dry skins, mix ¼ cup of canola oil with 10 drops of tea tree oil. Mix it well and store it in a cold dark place inside an airtight container. For use, soak a cotton ball and wipe off your makeup gently. Wash your face with warm water. Alternatively, you can use tea tree oil makeup wipes that are available in the markets.
