* Honey
Honey is a good cleanser that helps clear pores and prevents wrinkles on your skin. It is packed with moisturizing properties and nourishes your skin leaving it oil free. Apply a thin layer of honey and let it rest for 15 minutes on your skin. Wash it off with warm water. Do this twice daily for best results. You can also crush almonds to this to make a scrub and gently massage into your skin. Wash it with warm water or wipe it with a warm cloth to clean and open your clogged pores.
* Oatmeal
Oatmeal helps to soothe inflamed skin and is great at absorbing excess oil from your skin. It also helps exfoliate dead skin cells and blackheads. Combine ½ cup of ground oatmeal in hot water to create a paste. Add 1 tbsp honey and apply this on your face. Gently massage for 3 minutes and rinse it off with warm water and pat dry your skin.
* Yogurt
Loaded with lactic acid Yoghurt helps to exfoliate your skin and absorbs the excess oil from your face. Apply plain curd or yogurt on your face and let it rest for 15 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. You can also add honey, oatmeal into this mix and wash it with warm water.
* Lemon Juice
Rich in vitamin C and citric acid, lemon juice acts as an astringent and contains antiseptic properties. They also help lighten blemishes and marks and restore the pH levels of your skin. Mix one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice with half a teaspoon of distilled water. Apply it on your face with a cotton ball and let it dry for 10-15 minutes. Wash your face with warm water. Lemon juice dries out your skin easily so follow this procedure only once a day.
* Tomatoes
Enriched with necessary nutrients and antioxidant properties, tomato juice is very beneficial for oily skin. All you need is a slice of tomato that you have to rub all over your face and neck. Let it rest and your skin to absorb this juice. Wash it off after 15-20 minutes for a natural glow look.
