Papaya and Honey Pack
Mixing ½ a cup of mashed ripe papaya with 1 tablespoon of honey will give you the miracle face pack for nourished glowing skin. You can apply the pack on clean face and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash off with cool water. For best results, it is recommended that you repeat this 2-3 times a week. The vitamin A in papaya nourishes and rejuvenates dry and rough skin and brightens it and honey acts as a natural moisturizer.
Milk and Almond Pack
For this face pack you will need to soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight. You can then grind them into a paste and mix it well with 2 tablespoons of milk. Apply the evenly on clean face and massage gently in soft circular motions for about 2 minutes. You can leave it on for 20-30 minutes before washing it off with cool water. Repeating this 2-3 times a week will help you get soft and healthy skin. The nutrients present in milk helps rejuvenate the damages skin cells and the vitamin E, antioxidants and protein in almonds help nourish the skin.
Yogurt and Rosewater Pack
Use 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt and mix it well with 1 tablespoon of rosewater. Apply the pack on clean face and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash it off with water and dab dry. Rosewater is a natural cleanser that helps remove oil, sebum, dirt and dead cells from the skin. Yogurt is rich in multi-vitamins and lactic acid which helps exfoliate dead skin and acts as a deep moisturizer hydrating and reviving dry and dull skin.
Gram Flour and Curd Pack
For this face pack you can mix 1 tablespoons of gram flour (besan) with 1 tablespoon of sour curd. Mix it thoroughly to make a smooth paste without any curdles. Apply evenly on clean face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with water and follow up with moisturizer. Repeating this twice or thrice a week will help exfoliate the skin, remove impurities and hydrate the skin.
Honey, Milk Cream and Turmeric Pack
You can mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric with, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 tablespoon milk cream. Mix it thoroughly into a smooth paste. Apply it evenly on your skin and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. It is recommended to use this face pack twice a week. The anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric help calm the skin. Honey and fat from milk cream help in hydrating the skin leaving it naturally moisturized.
