* Using a scrub removes all the dead skin and the skin becomes soft
It’s not exactly true. Skin becomes dry because of excessive scrubbing. Wrinkles and pigmentation in the skin can also increase. So the best solution is to scrubbing according to your skin type. If your skin is oily, do not scrub more than one day in a week. If the skin is dry, it can be scrubbed once in two to three weeks.
* To make the skin beautiful and fresh, the face must be washed repeatedly
Many women think that by repeatedly washing the face, they are removing dust and soil on their face. To some extent, it is also right, but repeated facial wash also removes the essential oils from skin nutrition, so wash the skin with pH balanced soap and wipe it with gentle hands, so that the skin moisture retains.
* Eating spicy and oily food causes acne

With increasing age, wrinkles tend to come on the skin. But if you think that by applying a wrinkle removing cream your wrinkles will be completely erased, then it’s wrong. Yes, there may be a slight difference but it will still be there.
