It is important to apply sunscreen before leaving home even in winters. Sunscreen not only protects the skin from cancer but also helps in healing the signs of ageing on your face. If you have lifeless, wrinkled and loose skin, then make applying a sunscreen a daily habit. Use sunscreen with at least 30 SPF and apply sunscreen 20 minutes before leaving the house.

* Cleansing
