* Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is very beneficial in hair growth and is known for its cooling properties. It is also the best cure for dandruff and in soothing an itchy scalp. Remove the gel of Aloe Vera leaves and apply it directly on your scalp. Wash your hair with lukewarm water after keeping it on for 20 minutes. Use lukewarm water to wash off the sticky gel easily. Do this twice a week for best results.
* Coconut Oil
Using organic coconut oil will help soothe itchy scalps. Lauric acid present in the oil is easily absorbed by hair and is rich in antimicrobial properties. Heat coconut oil and apply it on your scalp and hair. Massage your hair and let it rest for some minutes till the oils are absorbed into your hair. You can always add a few drops of vitamin E oil for moisturising your dry scalp and hair. Do this for twice a week and your itchy scalp problems will be gone.
* Baking Soda
Baking soda is a good antibacterial and antifungal agent. It helps to prevent hairball, itchy scalp and keeps the pH levels of your hair neutral. Make a paste of 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda and water. Apply this paste on your scalp for 15 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water. Do this every few days depending on the results you are looking for.
* Lemon Juice

Squeeze out the juice and apply it on your scalp using cotton balls or gloves. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes before washing it off with water and shampoo. Repeat this once a week for best results.
