* Exfoliation
Ingredients needed:
Oatmeal- 1 tablespoon
Honey- 1 tablespoon
Milk- 1 tablespoon
Method:
- First, blend 1 tablespoon of oatmeal to form a powder.
- Now, add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of milk to it.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Then, apply this mixture to your face and massage in a circular motion.
- Allow it sit for 20 minutes and rinse off with plain water.
* Treat scars
Ingredients needed:
Milk
Almonds- 4 or 5
Method:
- Take 4 to 5 almonds and soak them in a bowl of water overnight.
- Next morning, grind the almonds to form a paste.
- Now, add some milk to the almond paste and again blend.
- Then, apply this mixture to your face and allow it sit for 15 minutes.
- After that, wash off your face with cold water.
* Treat acne
Ingredients needed:
Lemon juice- 1/2 teaspoon
Raw milk- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric- a pinch
Method:
- Take a bowl and mix 1 tablespoon of raw milk with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of turmeric.
- Mix all the ingredients properly and apply the blend to your face.
- Now, gently massage in a circular motion.
- Then, leave it on for 20 minutes.
- After that, wash off your face with cold water and pat dry.
* Improve complexion
Ingredients needed:
Raw milk- 2 tablespoons
Fresh rose petals
Method:
- First, mash the rose petals to form a paste.
- Now, add 2 tablespoons of raw milk to the bowl with rose petals paste.
- Mix all the ingredients well and apply it to your face.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- After that, wash off your skin with cold water.
* Treat dry skin
Ingredients needed:
Milk
Gram flour- 2 tablespoons
Turmeric- a pinch
Method:
- Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of gram flour to it.
- Now, add some milk and a pinch of turmeric to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients properly to form a fine paste.
- Then, apply this mixture to your face and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- After that, wash your face with warm water.
* Nourish your skin
Ingredients needed:
Ripe avocado- 1/4th
Milk- 1 tablespoon
Method:
- First, mash the 1/4th avocado to form a smooth paste.
- Now, add 1 tablespoon of raw milk to the avocado paste.
- Then, apply this blend to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes.
- After that, rinse off your face using warm water followed by the cold water rinse.
* Glowing skin
Ingredients needed:
Raw milk- 4 teaspoons
Ripe pumpkin
Method:
- First, mash a ripe pumpkin and make a fine paste.
- Now, add 4 teaspoons of raw milk to the pumpkin paste.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Then, apply this mixture to your face and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- After that, wash your face with cold water.
