Nutmeg, commonly known as Jaiphal, is an oval shaped seed of an evergreen tree as 'Mysristica Fragrans' and most widely used herbal remedy. 1. Fights Anti Ageing

4. Hair
Mix jaiphal powder with water to make a thin mixture. Apply it on scalp and leave for 15 minutes. Shampoo afterwards. This will improve your hair-health. Your hair will become strong and thick.
5. Moisturizer
