Salman Khan‘s Bigg Boss 12 has started with a bang and we can’t help but get all excited for the new season. First of all, this year’s theme is Vichitra Jodi which means that there are a few contestants that have entered in pairs and while the other few single entries will be paired on the show. Like every year, this time around the line up of contestants is pretty interesting as the makers have roped in known and unknown faces from all walks of life. This includes a mix of television personalities, singers and commoners. There is also a surprise element this year around with the theme and contestants. * Dipika Kakar

One of the most famous faces of television, Dipika Kakar (who became a household name with Sasural Simar Ka) entered the house sans husband Shoaib Ibrahim.

* Karanvir Bohra

The Nagin 2 actor Karanvir Bohra is the next popular face in the house after Dipika. He too has entered the house solo. Already, he is routed to be a strong contestant…thanks to his popularity.

* Sreesanth

Controversy is not new to this ex cricketer and nor are the reality shows. Sreesanth has been a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa before and now he is all set to entertain us with his antics on Bigg Boss 12

* Srishty Rode

The Yeh Ishq Haaye actress entered the house as a single entry. She is known for the television shows like Chotti Bahu Season 2, Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed, Saraswatichandra and Ishqbaaaz and this is her first stint with reality show.

* Neha Pendse

A popular face of Marathi and Hindi television, Nehha Pendse is more recently known for her stint in Family Time With Kapil Sharma. Her objective of entering the show is that she wants her fans to know her personal side along with her professional side on screen.

* Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu

The first controversial couple of this season is bhajan singer Anup Jalota and his girlfriend Jasleen Matharu who also performs at his events.

* Romil Choudhary and Nirmal Singh

These friends from Haryana are policeman and lawyer in real life and are supposed to hot tempered individuals. Surely, it would be interesting to see them dealing with all the other contestants on the show.

* Sourabh Patel and Shivashish Mishra

Another commoner Jodi includes Sourabh Patel and Shivashish Mishra from Madhya Pradesh. By profession one is a farmer while the other is a businessman.

* Deepak Thakur and Urvashi Vahi

Deepak is a singer of Gangs Of Wasseypur fame while Urvashi is his biggest fan. Bigg Boss pulled an interesting coup her, no? While he is a known face, she is a commoner.

* Saba and Somi Khan

They are sisters from Jaipur and there is a bit of sibling rivalry between the two because both have challenged each other to win the show. Will they unitedly put a brave front before all the other contestants?

* Kriti Verma and Roshmi Bani

Kriti is an ex-Roadies contestant while Roshmi is a businesswoman. There was a lot of fighter spirit seen in the later as she defeated two more contestants to enter the house.
