1. Arjun might have been born in a filmy family but he had to make his own way. In fact, many critics had initially written him off after his first film Ishaqzaade. Even his second film Aurangzeb couldn’t add much to his kitty, until Gunday came him way.

About his love life Arjun had once revealed that the only girl he was madly in love with was Arpita Khan, Salman Khan’s younger sister. “My first and only serious relationship so far was with Arpita Khan. When we started dating, I was scared of Salman bhai so much that I myself went and revealed to the Khan family that I was seeing Arpita. I was 140 kilos, was assisting Nikhil Advani in Salaam-E-Ishq” Arjun had said once. Arpita broke up with Arjun after two years of dating.

3. Arjun Kapoor owes his Bollywood career to none other than Salman Khan.. “It took me 4 years to lose 50kgs and this happened after Salman Sir said to me, ‘Tumhare andar se main ek insaan nikalunga.’ He actually did that! I had decided I would not give up and continued working towards it,” Arjun has revealed once.

4. Arjun Kapoor has often admitted that he feels his late mother Mona Kapoor is alive and with him. He was extremely close to his mother Mona Kapoor and has a tattoo named 'Ma' on his right wrist in her memory.
