Nayanthara Overwhelmed As Paps Call ‘Jawan’ Festival

Fans are absolutely ecstatic about the release of 'Jawan', and the overwhelming response has been nothing short of a celebration. Nayanthara, who attended the grand premiere of the film in Mumbai with her husband Vignesh Shivan, was visibly touched by the warm reception.

Videos captured by Mumbai-based paparazzi show Nayanthara and Vignesh walking hand in hand as they make their way to the airport entrance. The couple even paused to pose for the eager shutterbugs.

What particularly grabbed everyone's attention was Nayanthara's response when the paparazzi referred to her recent release, 'Jawan', as a "movie nahi festival hai" (more than just a movie). Overwhelmed by this gesture, the actor flashed a warm smile and graciously replied with a heartfelt "Thank you."

Nayanthara looked elegant in a simple yet stylish blue suit, with her hair neatly tied in a bun. She also kindly obliged fans who approached her for selfies.

Before the film's release, Nayanthara and director Atlee paid a surprise visit to the Gaiety Galaxy Cinema in Mumbai to witness the audience's reaction to their creation.

'Jawan', directed by Atlee, boasts a star-studded cast including Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi in leading roles.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film has already achieved remarkable success with Rs 51.17 crore in worldwide advance bookings, surpassing the opening day record of 'Pathaan' in India. On the day of its release, theaters were brimming with eager viewers from early morning. SRK enthusiasts flocked to Mumbai's iconic Gaiety Galaxy theatre as early as 6 am for the first-day-first-show. Notably, King Khan himself stayed up all night to witness his fans' reactions to the film.

A dedicated fan page for SRK shared a video in which fans chanted "India ki shaan Shah Rukh Khan" (the pride of India, Shah Rukh Khan) in unison. Responding to the love, SRK tweeted, "Love you boys and girls. I hope you enjoy the entertainment. I stayed awake to see you go to the theatre. Big love and thanks."

Before the release of 'Jawan', Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan sought blessings at the Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple in Tirupati, accompanied by her 'Jawan' co-star SRK and his daughter Suhana.
