Rohini Court Orders FIR Against Mithun Chakraborty’s Wife Yogeeta Bali And Son Mahaakshay On Charges Of Alleged Rape

Rohini Court on Monday orders registration of FIR against actor Mithun Chakraborty’s wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay on charges of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent.

The court ordered Begumpur police to initiate the probe in connection with the matter.

According to Zee news reports, a woman filed the complaint before the court that since 2015, she was in a relationship with Mahakshay. She also claimed that Mahakshay had a physical relationship with her after promising to marry her.

Mahaakshay Chakraborty aka ‘Mimoh is an actor in Bollywood and has done a movie in the 2008 film Jimmy. He has also worked in Haunted -3D, Loot and Enemmy. He was last seen in 2015 film Ishqedarriyaan.
