When going shopping, use hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the store, wash your hands before you eat and after using the bathroom.
# Gargle Saltwater
A sore throat often comes with pneumonia because of all the coughing and coughing up phlegm. Gargling some saltwater might be able to the help with that because the mixture breaks up mucus that is stuck in your throat and calms some swelling.
