14 Natural Ways To Treat Bleeding Gums At Home

Bleeding gums are a common affliction. It can be caused by a variety of factors, including vitamin deficiency, scurvy, hormonal changes from pregnancy, leukemia, many kinds of infections, or even brushing your teeth too hard or not brushing your teeth enough.

# Clove Oil

# Soft Bristles
Use a soft toothbrush and brush softly. The solution could be as simple as this! Hard brushing and a hard toothbrush can cause bleeding, so pick up a new, soft toothbrush and make sure to brush in gentle circles.
# Vitamin C
Vitamin C deficiencies can cause bleeding gums, so load up on orange, broccoli, cabbage, and lemon. These are the best, richest sources of Vitamin C. # Aloe Vera Gel
