Fennel seeds or saunf are packed with a range of antioxidants, antimicrobial components and anti-inflammatory volatile oils that can help keep the risk of cold, cough and flu at bay. Saunf seeds are also a good source of vitamin C which keeps one immune against seasonal infections.
