Ingredients:
1 tablespoon carrier
2 drops lavender
2 drops cedarwood
3 drops oregano
4 drops peppermint
Mix all the ingredients and apply to the affected area as needed.
Lavender, cedarwood, oregano, and peppermint oils all have anti-inflammatory compounds that can help reduce swelling, eliminating inflammation-related pain.
You can use coconut oil as one of your carrier oils to enhance this recipe’s anti-inflammatory effects.
# Rheumatism Relief Oil essential oil recipes
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz carrier
8 drops lavender
6 drops juniper berry
10 drops rosemary
Combine all ingredients well and apply it to your aching joints.
Rosemary and juniper berry oil can aid in alleviating soreness and tenderness linked to arthritis. The latter is also an antiseptic.
# Aches and Pain Relief Oil
Ingredients:
2 drops lavender
2 drops cedarwood
4 drops peppermint
3 drops oregano
1 tablespoon sweet almond
Mix the ingredients and apply on the area needed with a gentle massage.
Sweet almond oil shields your body from oxidative stress, which is one of the causes of chronic inflammation and pain. It is also a carrier oil with a mild scent.

1 oz trauma oil as a carrier oil

# Ear Ache Roller Oil
Ingredients:
an equal amount of trauma oil to the drops of essential oil
5 drops juniper
6 drops eucalyptus
7 drops lavender
Blend all the ingredients well into a roller bottle and apply a generous amount behind your ear along with the pressure points going down your neck.
The eucalyptus oil is a powerful vasodilator that allows more blood to circulate to the painful body part.
Lavender oil reduces anxiety and stress associated with earaches, on top of its anti-inflammatory benefits.
