* The Butterfly Pose

One of the most comfortable and most famous yoga pose to increase fertility is the butterfly pose. In a seated posture, bend forward and hold your toes with both your hands. Keep your hip area as tight as possible and gently bring your legs up in a butterfly shape. Continue holding your toes with your fingers and stay in that position for about one to five minutes. This is a good fertility yoga for beginners.

* The Bridge Pose

The Bridge Pose or the Supported Bridge Pose is one of the beneficial poses in yoga asanas for female fertility. For this, you need to lie down on a mat, clasp your ankles with your hands and lift your body off of the floor. Your hands and palms cannot move. They must be holding the back of your ankles. You need your buttock muscles you hold you up properly, so make sure you are doing this exercise slowly. This is among hot yoga fertility.

* The Cobra Pose

The cobra pose requires you to lie on the mat, keeping your hands on the floor, you are required to lift yourself up until your stomach. Keep this pose for several seconds and repeat this for about five times. This yoga exercise is a must as it provides energy to your uterus and increases your chances of conceiving. It is a well-known and popular yoga asanas to increase fertility.

* The Shoulder Stand Pose


The shoulder stand pose is quite a challenge but at the same time, is one of the best yoga exercises to improve fertility. Do this with the help of an instructor as it can be quite dangerous for an amateur. In this pose, you must balance your entire body on your shoulders. Remember, it is the shoulder you need to balance upon and not the head. Do not move your head and neck together to prevent injury.
