When we land up with high body temperature we call it “Fever”. It is never treated as a disease but a sign of some abnormal functioning of your body. Your body feels tired and experiences a sudden rise in temperature meaning the body is fighting against the germs that have entered our body. It raises the temperature of the body so high in order to kill the germs. It can occur due to low immune power, virus, medications, immunizations, or due to inflammation. There are ways to prevent fever by not letting you fall sick often.
* Maintain Distance
The viral infection spreads so quickly from one person to another. Mostly occurs in the workplace and educational institutions. Avoid being in crowded places, using public transport, and staying away from sick people.
* Follow Self Hygiene
People in olden times followed self-hygiene so strictly knowing the reason behind it. Slowly the awareness started diminishing. In the current scenario with the rise in more harmful infections there comes more stress on personal hygiene. One should keep themselves clean to be away from infections. Hands are the main source of passing infections. Wash your hands and legs every time you reach home from outside. Do frequent wash or use sanitizer at your workplace or any public place when you get in touch with handles of doors, lift buttons, and especially in toilets.
* Refuse to Share
We have been taught one of the good habits as “Sharing is caring”.When we see from a hygiene perspective then sharing can be a victim. It is necessary to teach our kids how the germs get transmitted. It mainly occurs due to body fluids and saliva. Be careful with things like water bottles, towels, innerwear, cups, napkins, etc.
* Improve Immunity System
Eat food rich in Vitamin C like oranges, broccoli, lemon, tomato, strawberries, etc to build your immune system. You are less likely to get affected by a strong immune system. Also, exercise and yoga can aid to build an excellent metabolic system.
* Cover with Mask
It is better to close our mouth whenever we sneeze or cough, just to prevent the spread of germs. Some people do not follow this habit. If we really understand what personal hygiene is then cover your nose and mouth with a mask whether you are infected or not
