Caraway seeds are the seeds of the caraway plant. Carway plant is the biennial plant of the Apiaceae family, and are known by various names such as meridian fennel, and Persian cumin, etc. Caraway seeds are native to Western Asia, Europe, and North America, but are now cultivated in many regions of the world. They contain essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and dietary fibers, etc and provide various health and beauty benefits. However, there are also some side effects of eating too many caraway seeds.
# May Cause Heartburn
Caraway seeds are often used for treating indigestion, and flatulence.
