Sleeping !! we all love to have that- Anytime, Anywhere !! Even taking short naps during day hours is a favourite thing to do. Most of us don’t find it difficult to go to sleep quickly, but there are people who genuinely want to sleep but couldn’t get it. Taking anti-sleep medicines is not the right way out. All you need to do is figure out your schedule. I know people who work whole day might be thinking what am i saying. But yes, your daily activities tells a lot about your sleeping schedule.
