5 Tips To Increase Your Eye Strength

Eye problem is a very common disease among everyone these days. Eye problems may occur due to cough, gas problem, stress, reading in low light and many more. But, medication is not the only solution to get rid of this problem. Here are some simple steps that will help you increase your eye strength.
1. Try to walk on green grass without sleeper in the morning for approximately half an hour.
2. Take a fresh glass of carrot juice in the morning it is very beneficial to increase the eye sight.
3. Exercise your eyes by rounding it in all direction smoothly for a minute, keep your eyes closed and sleep for about 2 min to give rest to your eyes.
4. If you work on computer for long hours, then try to use antiglare screen to save your eyes from the harmful rays.
5. Go for regular eye checkups.
